Winning Sparrow is Free to Sign up for both, Service Providers (SP) and Service Consumers (SC), i.e., you can sign up, post projects, receive bids, review prospective portfolios, and discuss project requirements – all free of charge.
If one chooses to award a project, as an introduction fee Winning Sparrow will charge the Consultant a small service fee relative to the value of the selected bid. If the Clients opts for WS assistance, for a small fee (2% of final project cost + service tax), will be charged to them. For this service charge we will evaluate the bids and also check the credentials of the SP and recommend those who according to WS will be the best match for the client’s requirement. This fee will be collected at the time of the initial billing (1st instalment).
Some of the services offered by WS are:
  • Verifying the credentials of the consultants.
  • Finding the best match for you.
  • Extend support to negotiate the best possible deal.
  • Extend support to agree on project milestones.
  • Extend support for any dispute settlements.
If the service consumer (client) subsequently pays the chosen service provider more than the original bid amount for any change of scope, Winning Sparrow will also charge the relative project fee on any overage (additional/incremental arising out of change in scope or otherwise) payment.
The cost and how this fee is charged depends upon the type of project or service (i.e. Time and Money Model or Fixed Price Model); and also the total value of the project.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a customer wants to cancel an agreed assignment after paying the initial contract amount for any valid reason, WS will refund the advance received after adjusting the amount already due and also adjusting standard processing and administration fees as applicable.
If the refund is related to any milestone payment which is already made to the consultant(s) it has to be addressed following the dispute redressal mechanism as per the terms and condition of WS. If the consultant(s) are already paid as per agreed contract such refund will be subject to consultants engaged by the client agreeing to refund.
If a client made duplicate payment or charged higher amount from the client’s credit or debit card the refund request can be made to support@winningsparrow.com providing details of evidences and reasons for asking for refund. But if you have made a payment against an agreed milestone, you also expressly agree to our dispute resolution process in this agreement and therefore,bound by its ruling and expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback request with your card issuer.
We also may refund funds to the clients even if client(s) have not raised any formal request under condition if we are required to do so under law or if WS declares any special scheme of discount during a specified period.
All refund claims are accepted for valid reasons and will be subject to the rule of law in business and after adjusting all legitimate charges which are non-refundable. For example, taxes and statutory payment made cannot be refunded by WS as it will not be within WS’s purview.
If we reasonably determine, having considered all the relevant circumstances, that a client(s) have made excessive or unreasonable number of requests to refunds for no valid reasons WS reserves the right to suspend, limit or close such accounts.
